Easy To Use Cleaning Plan From a Busy Mom...πŸ˜“πŸ˜

Wawaoowww… I just realized that from the next week slated for the next post, we have been away (yet again...) for about 6 months!!! Ouch!!! Ouch...!!!😞

Yet, we remain undetered so here goes...

Cleaning like everything else ought to be pre-planned! In an ideal world, with minimal pre-occupations, we could just do it when we want to but its not the case because there is and will continue to be things vying for attention.πŸ˜‰

So... here's the deal, we shall be sharing easy tips to guide us in getting that clean milieu that we soo desire. Its ideal for us as we must be organized to get things done in the most productive ways.

Foremost on the path to an organized and smart cleaning plan is to know and accept that it reaaallyyy never ends... yes!!! cleaning tasks are and will continue to be endless... …[I know, hard to swallow right?!)πŸ˜“ To all perfectionist (almost OCD) mommas, sisters, aunties, please tell yourself until it becomes easy to internalize, lol! The werkk just aint ever going to get a final fullstop. Just focus on today's work, let tomorrow's cleaning troubles be left for tomorrow oo. Let us not kiii ourselves because I know from enough experience that the struggle is real oo... Beurtt it is well oo!

On the wings of the aforementioned, i'd like to say that next thing to do is get the right tools, et al to help the cause. Sweepers, dust control mops, micro fibre napkins, bacteria wipes, bleaching agents, standing packers, leather wipes, micro fibre blinds wiper and so on (google is ya friend! Thank God for our Nigerian konga, the Amazon and the likes...  If you can think it, it most probably has been invented and is available for purchase).
Which means that as technology seems to be the new oil, we have got to harness it even in the process of housekeeping. So throw out the African brain re-setter broom for indoor purposes (can still be used for outdoor sweeping though), embrace the more ergonomic less dust raising sweeper and the likes for the ease it brings to your cleaning.

Moving on, take precautionary measures! Yes! be pro-active and not otherwise. For example, after each bathroom use, splash in a diluted portion of your bath/toilet wash; before the next use- you wipe , rinse and it looks very managed😌. Another instance is using dust bin liners or any shopping nylon/paper bag to line your bins for easier disposal of the waste generated.
The list goes on... all one needs is to visualize the desired outcome then think on steps to take and tools available that can allow for a  pro-active process rather than the very momentary herculean clean.

Finally, use a daily cleaning schedule to input direction and clarity to the cleaning. No point running around like the proverbial headless chicken if we can clean like the royal housekeeper (lol!) Check out this link to a plethora of options choose. One should come in handyπŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰. Thank us later!

Cleaning a house (or anything) needs an organized stance. Therefore, one must plan to do it! So, go ahead and just do it...!!!

Series 4: Vaccum cleaners! Where did they emerge from?!

πŸ˜πŸ™Œ Did you know that... Early vacuum cleaners were massive and had to be drawn by horse from door to door! Imagine...?! But, in 1907, just within the second industrial revolution, it is said that James Spangler had the brilliant idea to combine the design of the carpet sweeper with the mechanics of a vacuum, creating the earliest known version of a portable vacuum cleaner. The vacuum has perhaps evolved most significantly, marked by the creation of the first cordless, handheld mini-vacuum cleaner by Black & Decker nearly 30 years ago! From further findings, we see that the vacuum cleaner's emergence into a household dust extracting must-have, can also be connected to many great minds cutting across Engineers to Janitors who saw possibilities and brought forward their innovative thoughts into what we see as the Vacuum cleaner today (surely still evolving in ways to give the consumer a valuable experience) Basically the vacuum cleaner (once known as simply sweeper and even

Sweep. Dust. Mop [S. D. M]

In cleaning there are many fundamentals that form our operations and enable efficiencies across board and effective productivity.Even in this Artificial intelligence era, those fundamentals can't be disregarded. Looking closely at fundamentals, we find that there are some generic and some tweaked to fit the innovativeness of the cleaning operator concerned. As a company, we have embraced the fundamentals of sweep, dust and mop as one of those that we use daily. Ofcourse we know that it may not be the case 0.09% of times within our operations yet it is more the case than not... Especially as we operate predominantly, for now, within the Tropics, when we get to a cleaning site, our cleaning operatives are encouraged to engage-always bearing in mind one of our essential fundamentals to sweep then dust then mop [99.99% of the times]. Ofcourse, we keep seeking ways to grow and improve upon our operations and so are to tweak fundamentals... As our Chief P. says, "where we are isn

Bebugs...(Yikes!)

Are you aware that bed bugs (climex lectularis) and the 'tropical bed bugs' (climex hemipterus) can infest any type of human living quarters and may not only be found in housing and short duration accomodation such as hostels and hotels, but also in cinemas, buses/trucks, police cells and holding areas. These organisms are attracted by exhaled carbondioxide (CO2) and body heat and not just by dirt. They feed on blood, not waste, so in short the cleanliness of their environment has an effect on the control of bedbugsz but does not eradicate them... Be informed!
